Oracle DBA Salaries are among the highest in the IT industry, with Oracle DBA salaries now averaging over $100,000 per year.

This Inc. Magazine article shows a 2015 DBA salary survey, showing that Oracle DBA salaries have dipped in 2015 to about $70,000-$80,000 per year:

Quality and Oracle DBA salary

The quality of your background has a huge influence on your Oracle DBA salary, and Oracle professionals with extra-strong backgrounds command approximately age x 3 for their salaries. For example, a 22 year-old graduating from MIT with a BS degree can expect to earn about $66,000 in salary their first year as an Oracle DBA.
