Perform the installation of Oracle database server software and creation of Oracle databases and objects on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, HP UNIX, and Sun Solaris for the Aspect Customer DataMart product. Designed, coded, tested and delivered a custom Visual Basic 5.0 application which retrieves data from Oracle and Informix databases via ODBC calls and loads data into SQL Server 7.0 data warehouse. Responsible for various other tasks including custom report development in Crystal Reports and Visual Basic 5.0, code modification in C++ and Visual Basic, writing Oracle stored procedures in PL/SQL, troubleshooting network connectivity and firewall and security issues, and training customers on the Aspect Customer DataMart product. Installed and configured Oracle7.3 and Oracle8 database servers on Windows NT 4.0 to establish environments for application interface testing.
