I have taken many technical courses in the last few years and Steve is by
far the best instructor I have encountered. His knowledge of the subject
matter is excellent. He provided a great deal of useful information from his
own experiences. He managed the class very well, answering questions that
applied to the subject being discussed and deferring off-subject discussions
until breaks or the end of class. This class is going to be very important
to my job in the next year and I am very thankful that I had an instructor
of Steve's quality.

be honest with you; I am very lucky to have an instructor such as Steve. He
was very honest and for the questions that may have concerned him, he too
time out to research and answer the question right then and there which is
very helpful. Very helpful. Give this man a raise!

Initially I thought the class was fast. However, after a little time, I
became perfectly okay with the pace due to multiple times that Steven
reviewed the material and concepts. Steven was great in sharing real life
examples to help drive the point. Questions and concerns were quickly and
thoroughly answered. He provided lots of encouragement and great feedback

This is instructor is just great. Very knowledge, great personality, very
passionate, and He just know it all. I had a lot of questions from the
pervious course System Admin 1, and he answered them in detail and with
great advices. He helped a lot with the practices and he even prepared us
for some mistakes in the solutions.

is the third class that I have taken with Oracle. All instructors have been
very good, but Mr. Karam was simply excellent. He obviously has a lot of
experience in the field, and was very organized.

Outstanding instructor. Excellent overall knowledge, experienced DBA, moved
class along nicely, imparted his strong knowledge. I like how he controlled
class to make sure discussions didn't deviate from the topic, with just the
right amount of time spent before saying "lets move on". This kept everyone
engaged. One of the best Oracle instructors I've seen. You need to hire more
Steven Karams!
